Okay, Bill O'Reilly's a dumbass as Colbert has proved time and again, but what's the deal with this? Is Bill Lippert outright lying about how strict our sex offender law is? I certainly won't be surprised if O'Reilly's conveniently leaving out details or creating false arguments as he is prone to do, but I am wondering if our law is stricter than those in the rest of the country...

There was just a terrorist threat made against Skidmore College. They caught the wanna-be gunman in Beverly, Massachusetts, and he looked like a rabid rottweiler. This comes weeks after the on-campus stranger rape (non-duck related). That poor place is really taking a beating lately in terms of bad press.
