So I've had this new drive for less than a week, and it's begun to vibrate. I checked with my old drive (it'll still run for about an hour before giving out) to see if I was just imagining things, because the vibration is very slight, but lo and behold, I was correct. Does this qualify as a defective drive? I think so. Hard drives, especially in laptops, should not vibrate. I reckon it'll shorten the life significantly. Question is if I can persuade the store from which I bought it that this is the case... I hate Chinese customer service, because there really isn't any.
I'm just. So. Tired.
So. Tired.
